A Bachelorette or Birthday Activity in Amsterdam That Everyone Takes Home
Planning a bachelorette or birthday in Amsterdam usually means the same shortlist: cocktails, a boat, maybe a workshop. All great, but if you're looking for something a little different, something your group will talk about and actually use afterwards, a Colour Party might be exactly it.
What is a Colour Party?
A Colour Party is a colour analysis experience for groups of five or more. Each guest gets their own turn in front of the colours, and everyone else gets to watch. Seeing a friend light up in the right shade, or look instantly tired in the wrong one, is surprisingly entertaining. It's usually the moment the whole group gets hooked.
Each person spends about 15 minutes with me, and we find their season: Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter.
What every guest receives
Everyone leaves with:
their colour season result
a palette pocket card to take shopping
personal hair and makeup guidance for their season
So instead of a party favour that ends up in a drawer, your guests go home with something they'll use every time they get dressed.
Where it happens
Your home, a rented space, a restaurant's private room, or my home studio location! If I come to you and it is outside of Amsterdam, you simply reimburse me for my train ticket.
Price and booking
A Colour Party is €85 per person including VAT, with a lower price per person for larger groups. There's a two-hour minimum booking, which fits about 8 guests. Best part? The bride or birthday girl/boy gets theirs complimentary!
Bringing the family?
Colour Parties work beautifully for family birthdays too. Adults are €85 each. Children under 12 are about €30 and receive their season result and palette card. Hair and makeup guidance is included from age 12 but is optional based on parental consent.
