Anyone who has organised a team outing knows the challenge. You want something that brings people together, works for different personalities, and doesn't feel like a forced exercise. A colour analysis masterclass ticks all three.
Why colour analysis works for teams
Everyone is involved, but nobody has to perform. Colleagues learn something personal and useful, and there's plenty of laughter as the group sees how much a single colour can change someone's face. It also gives people something to talk about long after the day itself, which is really what team-building is for.
Having worked in HR myself, I know how hard it is to find an activity that works for everyone.
How the masterclass works
Before the session, each participant sends a photo so I can prepare their analysis in advance. That keeps the session itself focused and relaxed. During the masterclass, which lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, I explain how colour analysis works, show the four seasons in action, and walk the group through their results.
Every participant receives a personal colour pocket card and a PDF guide to their season.
Pricing
Prices are per person, excluding VAT:
4–8 people: €85
9–12 people: €80
13–16 people: €75
17–20 people: €70
21 or more: custom quote
Shorter format: speed colour analysis
For events, open days or client evenings where people drop in and out, I also offer speed colour analysis at €200 per hour (excl. VAT), with 4 people seen per hour or Express Undertone checks of up to 10 people per hour.
